Gregg I believe the proper order of biz for the CEO would be to get the DTCC thing cleared up BEFORE the funding is announced or secured. What good would it be to fix it after the announcement - we wouldnt be able to trade very freely during a run and newbies couldnt readily buy in ...capice.

I think the real issue is this isnt a scam BUT we have a CEO who isnt responding to shareholders via a public forum at all. Its our right to know afterall its OUR company.

CEO -start communicating please on YOUR project status to the people who own the company .......this is a publicly traded company -please provide public progess reports.

Anything less than reporting on these issues bi weekly to your shareholders is showing a total lack of respect for the people allowing you to use their money to build this company. I am tired of waiting around for 4 -5 months for late cryptic financials that tell me nothing as a shareholder. By the way WTH was the was 19,575 investment loss in Penson reported in the last fianncials which nobody complained about ?

Grow some baxxx here shareholders -you have a right to know.
