You have to throw out most of the 'previous' history. This company is brand new, having been taken over by Mr. James Scott and re-built from a shoe company, into a green energy, home remodeling type company.

We only have limited numbers from a very limited startup, but everything looks very promising, and to top it off....... he's still building and growing the company.
