DD the company, the restructuring, etc. They are already slightly ahead in their plans as evidenced by their 8K filing/presentation. The CEO has already said growth really won't come until 2nd half of 2012 in like March of this year so say what you want but I view anything here in the $1 to $2 range still a ground floor opportunity.

The last unit/company that the CEO ran was sold at a value of something like $67m to Lucent. Not chump change IMO.
