My opinion is that the Form 10 process will carry additional weight when the time comes.

NASDAQ might have made a blanket policy regarding China stocks, but if not, then SIAF will have a great chance of getting listed.

The Form 10 process w/give NASDAQ some assurance that the SEC won't come a knocking simply because of it being a China stock.
