A list of credible MMTC points:

- A working product there is no functioning product anywhere
- Product is certified by third party institutions technology may 'work as described, but there is no prodct
- Support from Epic and OSI please define and verify that support
- Epic has offered with zero confirmation of funds changing handsan initial $2 million payment followed by subsequent payments, and OSI has invested $500K into the MIT-1000 in which it has received nothing in return
- Orders on the table after certs are received in 6 weeks what ordders? there are no orders
- 6 months worth of orders have been procured after product goes into the market. that is flat out not true
- Entering a $5 billion market so what, there is not product to sell into that mkt
- Management that has a proven track record of bringing start-ups to the Nasdaq wrong - check Brennan's list of failures
- NO LEGAL TROUBLES like usual penny stocks have
- Company gives full disclosure wrong - what abbpit riccardi deaprt and 2010 sales and production - hmmm, we been wainting a while
