cshC is in all of the SEC and DOJ filings regarding this case from civil to criminal
Do you know why cshC is in the legal filings and not cshD?
Well, I could refer you to the merger agreement (lol, haha, hehe)for the answer but I'll save you the time
PER THE MERGER THE NAME CHANGED FROM FHAL/FURIA TO CSHC...no mistake about that
So again, cshC and cshD are two totally different entities
