Also at what point is this truly FRAUD that can be investigated by SEC, etc? I know dumping shares is perfectly legal and there is always a risk of companies going out of business but if they are not actually CONDUCTING LEGITIMATE BUSINESS with meeting minutes, shareholder meetings, business transactions, PRs, etc, can't they be prosecuted for defrauding shareholders? I'm considering my money lost but want someone to go down for it if so...
