Really, it's the last piece of the puzzle necessary to meet NASDAQ qualification.

This and the independent Board and Audit Committee were the only parameters SIAF has yet to qualify.

All other prerequisites are met.

Hopefully, the market will at some point in time begin to realize SIAF's well on it's way there.
