Panic implies multitudes. Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending), it's all WDCO. WDCO is the only one selling below .20. Got sick of sitting at .15 so moved to .10 and adjusted his bid accordingly from .06 to .03. He wants that bid just high enough to give his ask some legitimacy, but he doesn't actually want anyone to sell him any. It's so obvious and clear. All the shareholders (all 4 of us) need to somehow convince management to get WDCO to back the hell off.
