I'll offer an unqualified opinion. When snuggies first came out, some people couldn't wait to buy one, cuddle up on the couch, and use their new arm freedom to eat popcorn and read. They paid full retail TV infomercial prices. Not me. No way in hell was I gonna spend good money on a snuggie. Then one day, a friend gave me one for free. And I thought, "I could learn to love a snuggie." And how much more would I love that snuggie if there were a high likelihood that the snuggie would some day turn into a pile of money? At 0.4, PSPW is free snuggies. Of the morphing into cash variety. Below 0.4 is insanity. Like might trigger a black hole or rip in space-time insanity. At least in my mind, which is obviously an effed up place.
