How do you know that? We have no clue what will happen to KATX stock. If they are going to do a 1:1 then they have to reverse split KATX. The they will somehow adjust the split. They still owe current and past shareholders of record prior to June of shares of BVIG they have not issued. I expect nothing more and this is if Ken can find another willing toxic financier and work up a new and better lie to do another pump and dump. History repeats and this will be #3 assuming he can pull it off. It maybe harder this time.
