That's a good question, Newt. On one hand we have RSI2 and RSI4 periods indicating oversold, and a bearish MACD crossover indicating a reversal. I'd keep Bloomberg on next to my monitors and rely on that. The news of the day seems to supersede technical analysis at the end of the day (or week, in this case).
