Well I know they had an awful TA to begin with and it took a judgement from the courts to move $EMXC's paperwork, divies, etc. to a new TA and now it has been done. Dont believe me? Just look at the official court document floating around on this board.
Since the old TA was not doing their job to begin with, there is no telling what kind of mess this new TA is facing. It may take a little time to sort through the mess and I will give them that proper time needed. On time frame, I would say 2 months should be an acceptable time frame, but then again I dont know because I'm not there facing that task.
I also know that the divies will be the foundation for this company in terms of shareholder confidence and trust. Keep in mind the divies in question will only be sent out to the shareholders who were holding $EMXC shares before June 15th 2011. Through my own DD I have found that the New $EMXC is wanting change for the better and to do right from their past promises so let the new TA fix this!
Afterall if there are anymore delays, excuses or hangups on said divies especially with them going through a new TA, there would be major consequences for this company. Shareholders like myself would simply move on to a brighter more reputable company to invest in.
So let the TA have time to do their job and if there are anymore hangups do like me and just cash out and move on.
