Chart looks good for a bounce, but it's seen some heavy dilution over the months. Not sure where the SS stands? If the float is low enough it could definately pull a .001+ move with the right catalyst. I played it a long time ago...when it was steady in the 00's and traded much thinner. Not sure what the latest story there is either.
