It is setting up
There is reason behind why the Central Bank had to step in. EU banks were about to close shop. They just put the band-aid on the wound. Look at China growth has slowed down. I'm going to start buying TVIX tomorrow after the market jumps 200 points in the morning. I'm going to accumlate and my biggest buy is going to be around the S&P 1250. I'm taking a gamble, but this is setting up.
