I thought the court set the date for sentencing. Oh well what do I know.
Looks like the court has yielded to the defense attorneys, why would a court do that.
Two thing are in the works, one could be, they know who has the stolen money, Janice and all that post here on a regular bases, that would be wonderful news now wouldn't it?
To find the crooks that benefited from the scam.
That should get everyone excited that has been part of this.
The only people that would have a problem with that would be those with the money in their accounts.
That news would only benefit Rufus, if he was not part of it, and if he was, than he deserves jail. I personally from what I have seen do not believe he was any part of it, only to set up the game.
Number two, might be they ( the defense Attorneys) found out that the bonds were handle the same with CSHD as they were with the other banks using the bonds as assets. They might even have found out that a bond or two were counterfeited, and placed through CSHD to get them into federal court. Who would want to do that?
My guess would be a honest man high enough in government to know what was and what was not real.
Now if all would have been done without protecting friends, this would have been over at the reset. I believe it was Rufus that refused to set down with the SEC,, and said to meet him in federal court. I am of the opinion that the federal court was a planned move by Rufus, not the SEC. (Coopers Court.)
The toxic financiers and their group of Naked short sellers had more political clout than was expected. Were the SEC official crooked or just persuaded by a (Madoff) type to look a different direction. Rather than look for the money.
As far as the pump and dump people even though they took a ton of money from FHAL, they were never the target, but they will be the collateral damage.
I do believe that there was a plea put out by the CEO if you were short on this stock to call the company to make it right.
Oh well what do I know?

The pump and dump message bard posters were small potatoes, and used as they always are to do the dirty work for the real crooks.
crumbs are given so the real crooks can take the entire kitchen.
One statement if you are and were part of the pump and dump, clean yourself up, come clean, and sleep at nights. Stop letting the real crooks use you.
It is nothing more than someone telling you to rob a bank and take 30 million and they will give you 100k for doing it, while they set back with little or no exposure, or risk.
