I flat out think Dilution would be very stupid at this level and for timing. And no, I don't think we see that happen, as support is strong at $.005.. The 200 dma is there.. Nothing fundamental has changed, has it? Certs are the key and they are six weeks out, real close.. They suggested that EPIC was only one payment there will be more..
