Yes, just got off the phone with him ......

He has done everything to satisfy Wells Fargo he did say they were waiting for some clarification of the documents from India. I did talk extensively about the DTC issue, they are working on it – he talked to a broker that couldn’t figure out why there are restrictions so they are investigating it.
I mentioned that there are huge fee’s involved for transferring PIHN shares and some brokers wont trade the shares which is probably why we are at no bid as MM’s at this point won’t touch it. But like I said they are working hard to fix the situation.
I also mentioned that the SEC is cracking down on the Pinks, he wasn’t worried and I do feel he is doing everything to get this done – and he is still sick but is working every day.
