ARSC O/S and A/S are rediculous 17billion and 20 billion respectively. There is no way that ARSC is going up. a R/S of ARSC would kill shareholders. IVOI has 5billions. That is the reson for the merger with Ivoice. The R/S there is not good for the shareholders eithier. I bet that IVOI comes out ahead in some way. It appears as though they get nothing, but a R/S. I wonder if the shareholders of IVOI get a similar share dividend once reverse merger takes place. If you own IVOI shares now then you have hydra shares. Eithier way once you get your dividend your ARSC shares are worthless. I hope you all dont get screwed with restricted shares that you cant sell, and the IVOI/hydra get diluted during the meantime. Thats the question that you need to call and ask. When can you trad'em?
