I don't know if she had talked to that professor or not, to get his view, and then made up her own mind. Long time ago! Are they -- meaning cdex -- trying to rewrite history?

Do you know if the sec/fbi are still with an open investigation and/or doing any real investigating? That was at least ten years ago and the cast of characters at those orgs have probably all changed -- certainly one of them has gone on to other things.

Is cdex going to get away with this scam forever and a day?
