Actually, the point is not that they would be selling, I believe that the shares are still restricted, but they are the owners of the business, and will make a hell of a lot more as the share price goes up. But it is apparent they are not too concerned with keeping the "Float " shareholders happy. So, we just have to deal with it, in whatever manner keeps you sane.
