It does not matter whether people believe there will be a liquidation, or any of the other "sell-off" provisions mentioned in the document.

The point is that approval of this mess means that it absolutely CAN happen and shareholders will be left without recourse.

Is it better to hand a someone a loaded gun in the belief that he won't shoot you in the foot, or simply withhold the gun?

By the way, you indicated your belief that, if there is a liquidation, it won't be Capstone.

Who else is left to liquidate?
