Nice find - I was searching through the county / state .gov sites for something like this last night. Indeed a nice find, as I couldn't produce anything after my search.

I especially like the "Project Significance" section that describes the uses of the processed materials, then the last line stating that TSU & Tirex already have purchase orders lined up for that product - NICE!

What is missing is a timeline for all the inspections, constructions start, equipment manufacturing, targeted startup, etc. Would like to see details on the associated timelines.

Will feel alot better when construction actually starts or I can pull up Google Maps and see that ground-breaking has begun (assuming the satelite image is recent).
