That is an absolutely HUGE factor. God Bless Canada. It's hard to imagine these plants being constructed in a timely manner in many parts of the U.S. The bureaucracy is absurd.

Can you imagine trying to "fast track" any kind of energy-related industry, green or not, in a state like Commie-fornia? Lake Cowichan sounds better all the time. GLTA
