I worked on a power project out there for Enron back in 1998 for several months. Educated workers at the plant? Heck no. Great work ethic, but fail to work smart. Yes there are hicks all over the world.

I expect the Chinese will be the ones who will finally nuke the terrorists. They don't give a crap about being PC, nor will the check in with the UN. They will just take them out when they are directly threatened, which is something the west unfortunately cannot come to grips with.

I can't wait to see the reponse the Chinese will have to the environmental alarmists when they reach 1 billion cars on the road.
