We have disabled this stock in our system because there seems to be a clearing issue with the transfer agent. For whatever reason we have substantial risk and uncertainty in clearing this stock, and so we have made the business decision to not allow any trades until such problems are cleared up. I do see that there are still trades happening- clearly some other broker(s) are allowing trades. But this was a business decision that we think helps protect both our clients and the firm.
