CGAQ feels fairly confident that we can prevail; however, nothing is guaranteed."....ceo swank's last pr stated bidding will be decided in december to "manage" the track...this appears (my hunch)to indicate that it is a "lease" agreement, not a sale. that said, all other bidders have been disqualified..cgaq's lease bid appears to be only one accepted...all indications are cgaq receives track lease bid...anything short of this, in lieu of pr's, would be surprising and "questionable". track lease hopefully comes with large number of slot locations for kiosks..cgaq prices seem cheap with the anticipated good news of track lease pending!
