The company has billions of restricted shares, + more to go...Why would they pull a R/S? Furthermore, the SEC's new rules just make it harder for company to pull those kind of scam...R/S then dilution, etc. So, no I doubt the company is going to do it anytime soon. They could just increase the AS and O/S instead...
