Everybody knows this was shorted to death and who holds the liability to correct it. the problem is nobody can make them do it.fact! some made up cop faxing the dtcc and retail brokerages is not going to change that.

been hearing about those "scenes" and what's been going on behind them for years now, and it always turns out to be nothing.

this ch nonsense is nothing more than a way to pick peoples pockets.
