And what do you base all this conjecture on, a crystal ball, or insider information?

Why would he buy any shares if the company is not worth a lot more.

They just elected 10 directors, not one or two, but 10 directors on Nov 28th, stockholders meeting, according to the 8-K just filed.

Frankly I think he is more likely to do more vertical integration, and stay on pinks for now, than to rush to go private.

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
