Merger acquisition my FOOT!!! Lions Gate is so far in debt they could go BK any day. SAPX being the smaller of the 2 is in better position then LIONs Gate IMHO.

Nevertheless this is not like great PR unless you actually see numbers relating to a "so called merger".
