Yeah, it would seem the correct time for them to cash in some of their 9AP, prior to year end, following the recent filing... Gives them 3 months to use that Cash to manufacture into the UUV research & fill the PBS2000 order... also, other research on the table which needs prototypes... I'm EXCITED for December... I'll be buying 100,000's more at weekend wink
