AK, if a buyout offer comes along, we can take a couple of million and buy into the parent company. You know the potential would still be there! And the price of the buyer would probably be depressed after a buy out of poor little 'ol CGFIA! It may be a chance to make a few more bucks AND watch our baby grow at the same time.

Oh, you can park your yacht on Lake Mead. You never have to worry about bad weather here. Can't go more than 60 miles in any direction, but the ports of call have great attractions!
On second thought, I'll keep my houseboat here, you can slum it and visit mine! I'll fly out and visit your super yacht!
