Could it be possible that CGAQ could be waiting till 1 Jan to make announcements to take (or write off) the losses for 2011 and start profits in 2012?

I'm not sure the legalities of that, but if it would help the internal financials, that could be the reason for the slow roll on information and action.

At least the stock is moving around a bit again, flat line is much to boring! ;)
