RTIX, Yes it is this is getting ready for another big move. It had a huge move and needed some solid consolidation. I think yesterday we saw the major flush when it hit 3.93 from a high in the run of 4.73 or so. Now the charts are shaping back up and we will see another big push and take out that 4.73 that happens to be a 52 week high.
