I have also been informed that the revocation message can be sent via e-mail. It should be addressed to Lawrence Wunderlich via the CYGX email. Contact info is on the website. It was also suggested that the message be CC'd to someone you trust or to your alternate email address in case there are any questions concerning whether or not it was sent. That is in the event that the measure passes and is subject to further legal action.
