The PR didn't say why the Board decided to not recommend the buyout. I just told you why.

Bottom line is the price decline is not entirely from the company's lack of news. There is an immense amount of manipulation going on from MM's and iHub posters (not to mention several other investor sites).

Black is the only one with the power to fight the manipulation and get the price back up. He has stated that the Microfill will be launched next quarter, so that is his plan to combat the shorts. Come out with a great product and make money. FYI, it probably doesn't do any good to constantly bad-mouth the man who is ultimately responsible for you either making, or losing, money. Just a thought...
