You are absolutely right. The natives have stolen so much gold (over 30% of all recovered gold to date) that the company has actually dredged over 2.659 ounces to date. But not to despair, under Chapter 13 it will reorganize, fire the locals and move upstream. And it will operate under a business model designed to succeed. Only it will have a new batch of investors. Its IPO will be out in time for Christmas.
