Hello to all the Longs on this IHAI Board. I know it's been a while since I've frequented, and this is a limited post due to nothing as of yet from the company. But I wanted to throw my 2 cents worth in on a comment I read:

no matter what, an r/s is dismal. No good way to put a nice spin on it! Good for the company, ???bad for the investor???! An r/s USUALLY takes a VERY long time
to recoup!

<== This is not necessarily correct. A Reverse Split "could" hurt the investors "IF" the price falls below what ever the listed price of the R/S is performed. (long of the short -> ) if a R/S was completed at .004, the price per share after the R/S goes up to $0.80 per share,(provided it was performed at the previously assumed ratio), right?!?!?! Well, as long as the SP does not fall below $.80 the R/S will not be bad for the investors. Now, on the other hand, statistically speaking...when a R/S is performed the said share price will fall 20% - 40% and then recover (IF the company, reason for r/s and product is legitimate) then there isn't too much to worry about.
In final footnote closing: "IF" a PR is released from the company about a R/S (of what ever share ratio) and ALSO releases information of any up&comming substantial future movements of company...I do not foresee a "Dump" of shares but a "Buy" of more additional shares for reasons of profitability.

I realize this post is my first in a while. Also know that I will be monitoring this board more closely due to seeing more activity from the company. But still am sitting on the sidelines with my (almost) 6 million shares waiting for something to come from the lengthy silence of the company.
