I'm Shaun Kohlmeier the Principle IRP for TechAlt, Inc. the company is operating as a General Holding Company as of right now, it will be acquiring multiple companies in a Wholesale and Retail Gas market, more details will become publicly available starting early December as financials and disclosures are brought current. The O/S and A/S will be made public in the Initial Disclosure Statement at which time we (the Investor Relations Firm) will be able to provide you with all current share counts and numbers.
