sgr-i'm a little confused with epic 2 million offer. i interpret that it is not a one time 2 mil payment, but a series of payments that will include any product purchases to also be applied toward the 2 mil offer plus licensing royalties..so, let's say epic orders (10) mit1000a units at $30k cost...that 300k would be applied toward the 2 mil commitment. if i'm correct, the 2 mil offer is in its simplest form an agreement to at least purchase 2 million in product, no payment for additional mmtc "intangibles"..epic may well be the only source for the (6) month of future sales. (which i'd expect epic to be the source due to the pending agreement). i hope i'm wrong and mmtc receives the 2 million above and beyond any mit1000a commitments. any help in clarification much appreciated!! glty..
