The stock would probably be much higher if he never announced the S-1 to being with.

Doesn't Friedman get it? You can't say you're going to do something and just not do it.

If he updated us with a few steady PRs after the September 13th run, this thing would probably be higher and people wouldn't be dumping because he is now known as Mr. Fraudman.
