I think that it is a HUGE travesty. Lefty gets to sell to righty and Lefty sets the price !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where I come from it is usually an industry consensus that determines the price .. or an independent professional geologist who is experienced at evaluating properties.
