That's correct, it's almost complete due to the two flywheel issues and I suspect some other minor issues. That'll take Beacon's expertise to complete.

Beacon filed for BK because of the Solyndra fallout. It's in the court docs and all over the papers. Beacon is a company that's never had issues with getting financing or paying it back and of course, they invested a lot of their own money into the NY plant which put them into a precarious position when that fallout occurred.

If Beacon can't get an financing from the 'strategic investors' that had been mentioned in the court docs, then I suspect they're in trouble. I don't think they're going to give away the farm for as cheap as you surmise though. Selling the NY plant is not end-all for Beacon. It's their technology and staff that's worth big bucks.

We'll know in the next 60 days how this is going to turn out.
