Chilair, I hear you,

I would like to defend James, but not doing that anymore,

seems to me he has a Fiduciary Responsibility to inform

Investors what is or what may not be going on with our

Investments, hiding behind a rock does not get it done.

In today's economy it should not be hard to find a viable

company to go public and add value to the stock, that was my

understanding what James was there to do, maybe he just got
tired of the job, or is in over his head, I don't know.
