The main problem will always be what lurks beneath the shell this company was added to. Always. It doesn't make any difference how good a company is or how good the idea is - it will be destroyed by those insiders and debt holders and paid promoters (if any show up)from the previous companies related to this shell that want to make a few bucks off the storyline.



You are right about one thing - some of the outrageous claims being made here are hurting the credibility of the company - giving it the appearance of an over-pumped scam.
