To date, this process has identified several parties that have expressed interest in exploring a potential transaction with us. There can be no assurance that any of these parties will make an offer to acquire the K-Fuel Business or that any such offer will be on terms satisfactory to the Special Committee. The press release announcing this development is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
