You are somewhat correct, HOWEVER, most consumers who spend that much on the urn, are not going to put it in a wall (as you called it) they will take it home. Now if the decedents cremains will not all fit in this urn, what is the family to do with the excess?

You have to be realistic regarding these type of products, not putting your head in the sand.
