but they would never get a majority of shareholders - which shareholder would confirm this - i can`t imagine

and i can`t imagine that management is so stupid to do such a thing - that would be a reason to say good buy to chdo for many share holders (maybe they want to buy back all their shares cheap :)

but i hope for an explanation from the management!
