This one caught my eye b/c I live in Houston. Selling pay as you go cell phones to poor people is the way to go. Nonetheless if they can put together a PR pump with their marketing push it could be worth taking a stab at it. Tell you guys what, I'll see if I can schedule an office visit with these guys and post my results.
